2025 quarterly

year plan

q1

‘2020-2024’ Demo Project release, marking key contributions to the music scene. We also initiated the Letterboxd List Series, providing a curated list that resonated with our creative direction. As part of expanding our network, we applied for Index Network Membership to strengthen industry connections. The quarter culminated in Not a School Day—a dynamic, creative event designed to foster learning and collaboration. Lastly, the Nina Protocol Exclusive Release Series kicked off, setting the stage for future drops. Check out Seymour Place here.

q2

Q2 is all about transformation and growth. We roll out the much-awaited rebrand, refreshing our look and identity to align with our evolving vision. Additionally, Live XP 00 will bring a unique live experience that combines music and multimedia in an immersive performance. This quarter, we also set the stage for the upcoming Memory Disk Vol. 2release, leading up to an exclusive Memory Disk Vol. 2 Release Party, giving our community a chance to celebrate and interact with the latest release. It’s a quarter dedicated to expanding creative boundaries and pushing artistic limits.

q3

Q3 brings us closer to larger production goals. We will begin pre-production on the short-film/pilot for ‘Jazzheads’, a mini-TV series project that taps into a new form of independent production and exploration. It’s an exciting phase where we transition from ideation to action, setting the tone for future productions. This is also a time for fine-tuning the work that’s been done so far and preparing for more extensive projects in the latter half of the year. We’ll continue to maintain our community-driven approach while scaling up production.

q4

n Quarter 4, we’ll focus on showcasing our work and connecting with the wider community. We’ll contribute to the Search Festival again, either through Not School or Sniff, and host a screening of our entire filmography alongside other independent filmmakers. Additionally, we’ll kick off the crowdfunding campaign for Jazzheads, our upcoming mini-series, to help bring it to life. The rest of the quarter will be about wrapping up the year and laying the groundwork for what’s to come.
